YOU’RE NEXT is a free information service that estimates how AI may affect work, by job, college major, university and region. It covers South Korea, the United States, Japan and Taiwan, and for each country it uses that country’s own lists of jobs and majors and its own rules.
No login or sign-up. Every outlook figure is an estimate made by AI, not a prediction or advice.

- My Job Lifespan — Enter a job to see when AI is estimated to start visibly reducing the hiring of people for it, and how much time is left until then. Each result also shows a one-sentence reason, a likely range and the share of the core work people are expected to keep in 20 years. 790 jobs in the US (752 in Korea, 770 in Japan, 803 in Taiwan).
- My Major Lifespan — Enter a college major to see when AI is estimated to start reducing the hiring of its new graduates. Pick a graduation year to see the time left after you graduate. 220 majors in the US (198 in Korea, 239 in Japan, 249 in Taiwan).
- Rankings — the same estimates sorted from earliest to latest: job rankings and major rankings.
- 3-Minute Career Quiz — Answer 24 questions about activities you enjoy and get 3 jobs that match your interests, with a fit score. It only picks from jobs we judge AI will take longer to replace.
- Survival Calculator — Enter your savings, monthly spending, income and when your paycheck stops, and see how many months your money would last. The amounts you enter are not sent to a server or stored.
- My Life Difficulty — Answer questions about money, work, people you can turn to, health and care, and see how hard your life is right now as a level from Lv.1 to Lv.10. It is calculated on your device.
- My Job-Market Rank — 36 questions show where your school, experience and skills place you among all job seekers in your country, from Tier 1 to Tier 10, and how hard your own goal is. Tier 1 is the strongest.
- AI vs Humans — a community where you pick Team AI or Team Human and post a short message.
- Korea only, in Korean — My University’s Lifespan rates the next 10 years for 321 Korean universities, and Where My Area Ranks ranks Korea’s 256 cities, counties and districts for 5, 10 and 20 years ahead.

How the numbers are made
The outlooks for jobs, majors, universities and regions are estimates produced by AI models using public information and predefined assessment criteria. The AI research and assessments go through additional AI review and automated checks, followed by a final human review before publication.
What each number means, the criteria, the data used and the limits are explained in Methodology.
What this service is not
- It is not career, legal, financial or investment advice.
- It is not a prediction about any individual. It does not say when a particular person will lose or find a job.
- It is not an official statistic or rating from any government or public body.
