A general contractor's day moves between a job site, walking through a half-built house checking a subcontractor's work, and a desk, juggling a budget, a schedule and a phone call from a nervous homeowner asking when it'll be done.
What part of running a job is AI already handling?

Degrees in construction management or carpentry are common paths in, though many contractors work up through the trades first.
