Test & Reliability Engineer: what AI changes and what stays

Writing a test plan and crunching the results are turning into AI work. What's left for a test engineer is standing at the rig itself: setting it up, taking a failed part apart to see why, and deciding whether a borderline result is safe to pass.

Aerospace engineering or an engineering-technology program with lab-heavy courses gives you direct exposure to that kind of testing.
