What should a project manager build as one person covers more?
Let AI keep the schedule and risk log current on its own, and put your energy into being the person stakeholders trust when something goes wrong: negotiating a hard deadline honestly and taking real responsibility instead of just relaying a report. A business administration or interdisciplinary background helps you talk across the different teams a project touches.
