What still needs someone on site the same day?

An actual repair, fixing whatever just broke, still needs a person physically there with tools, and a tenant with a complaint generally wants to talk to a real person face to face, not a chatbot. Climbing up to check equipment on a roof or in a mechanical room in person also remains necessary, since remote sensors don't catch everything a trained eye would.
